Completed in 2022.
This was a residential dwelling that was built in 1911. The project included town planning for rezoning of the erf from residential to business and an application at the heritage council for demolishing of the existing building, as well as the approval of the site development plan of the proposed building.
The building consists of two large offices.
Office 01 has:

- Walk-in safe
- Filing area
- Kitchen area
Office 02 has:
- 7 separate offices
- 2 boardrooms
- A reception area
- Filing area
- Kitchen area
- 13 Covered parking spaces and 12 open parking spaces.
This office building was done in apprenticeship with Zero2OneStudio.
